JANE E. MILLEY has been named interim president of West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She previously served as interim senior vice president for academic affairs at the university. Milley earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University, a master’s degree from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University in New York.
