Ball State Professor Helps Treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Former Liberian Soldiers

Thousands of Liberian children were forced into combat during the civil war that broke out in 1996. Now adults, many of these former child soldiers are haunted by the horrific combat experiences of their past. Here, Dr. Lucinda Woodward, an assistant professor of psychological sciences at Ball State University, talks about counseling these former child soldiers now living in the neighboring country of Ghana.
