Rhonda Spells FentryRHONDA SPELLS-FENTRY has been named vice president for Enterprise Technology and chief information officer  at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland.  Spells-Fentry earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA  from the University of Maryland University College, and an Ed.D. in community college leadership from Morgan State University.
