MARCO W. MCMILLIAN has been appointed chief operating officer and international executive director of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. McMillian earned a bachelor’s from Jackson State University.

DR. JUDITH MIRANTI has been named director of the division of education at Xavier University of Louisiana. She earned a bachelor’s from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, a master’s from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and a doctorate from the University of Nevada, Reno.

TAE SUM-KIM has been named associate director in the office of multicultural affairs at Syracuse University (N.Y.). Previously, Kim was an assistant director in the office. She received a bachelor’s from Lawrence University and a master’s from Michigan State University.
