VICKY WILKINS has been named dean of the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C. She previously served as graduate coordinator and director at the University of Georgia. Wilkins earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University, a master’s degree from Chapman University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri.
