PRABHAS V. MOGHE has been appointed inaugural vice chancellor for research and innovation for Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where he has been serving as Distinguished Professor in the School of Engineering. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bombay.
