XIANG ZHANG

Xiang ZhagXIANG ZHANG has been appointed president and vice chancellor of the University of Hong Kong. He has been serving as professor of engineering at the University of California at Berkeley. He earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree at Nanjing University in China, and he earned a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.
