Miroslava Mejia Krug has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer at Roosevelt University (Ill.). Previously she served as chief financial officer for the Chicago Housing Authority. Krug received a bachelor’s from the University of Panama and an MBA from the Latin America Science and Technology University.

MICHELLE COOK has been named vice chancellor for university advancement at Winston-Salem State University. She also serves as the executive director of the WSSU Foundation. Cook earned a bachelor’s from Glassboro State College.

LUZ HERRERA has been named assistant professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (Calif.). Formerly she served as a visiting professor at Chapman Law School. Herrera earned a bachelor’s and master’s from Stanford University and a law degree from Harvard University.

OTTO LEE has been named vice chancellor of instructional services for the San Diego Community College District. He earned a bachelor’s from Polytechnic University, a master’s from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pepperdine University
