Jeffrey BoydJEFFREY BOYD has been appointed president of Rochester Community and Technical College, effective July 1. Boyd currently serves as provost and chief operating officer at Tidewater Community College in Norfolk, Virginia. He has a bachelor’s degree from Judson College in Illinois, a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix and a doctorate from National Louis University.
