MARTHA BURGER has been named president of Oklahoma City University (OCU), effective July 1. Burger most recently served as senior vice president of human and corporate resources at Chesapeake Energy Corporation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA from OCU.
