EDWARD WILLIS has been named associate vice president for student affairs at Florida A&M University. He had been special assistant to the president for community outreach and engagement at Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio. Willis earned a bachelor’s from Montclair State University and a master’s from Rutgers University.

ADRIENNE WEBBER has been named dean of library & information services at South Carolina State University. Webber previously served as an assistant director for access services at Xavier University. She earned a bachelor’s from Southern University and A&MCollege in Baton Rouge, La., and a master’s from Clark Atlanta University.

DR. PATRICIA WITHERSPOON has been named dean of the Graduate School at the University of Texas at El Paso. She previously served as chair of UTEP’s Department of Communication. Witherspoon earned a bachelor’s from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
