ROCHELLE L. FORD has been appointed dean of the School of Communications at Elon University. Ford currently serves as a professor at Syracuse University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University, a master’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a doctorate from Southern Illinois University.
