THE SCHOOL OF NURSING AT THOMAS EDISON STATE COLLEGE (N.J.) has received more than $700,000 for its Diversity Nursing program to recruit and prepare minority nurse educators in online learning and develop a national network of diverse nurse faculty to bolster nursing programs across the country.
THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT EL PASO has received $650,000 from the National Science Foundation to support minority preparedness in high-performance computing. University researchers will be able to build on prior research efforts with the funds.
