CYNTHIA REED was named dean of the Bagwell College of Education at Kennesaw State University, effective August 6. She previously served as the dean of the college of education and human services at Northern Kentucky University. Reed holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from State University of New York and a doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
