Pehrsson 7 12 18 DALE-ELIZABETH PEHRSSON has been named president of Clarion University. She currently serves as dean of the College of Education and Human Services at Central Michigan University. Pehrsson earned her bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany, two master’s degrees and a doctorate from Idaho State University.
