DR. MARILYN SANDERS MOBLEY has been named the first Vice President for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity at Case Western Reserve University (Ohio). Previously, she was the provost at Bennett College for Women. Mobley earned a bachelor’s from Barnard College, a master's from New York University and a doctorate from Case Western Reserve.

DR. MIRON BILLINGSLEY is associate vice president for student affairs at Prairie View A&M University (Texas). Billingsley formerly served as the vice president of student affairs at Arkansas Baptist College. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a master’s degree from Texas Southern University and a doctorate from Oklahoma State University.

DR. MARJORIE HASS has been named president of Austin College (Texas), effective July 1, 2009. Hass previously served as provost of Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

DR. CÉSAR MALDONADO is president of Texas State Technical College Harlingen. Maldonado previously served as vice president of system development at Maverick Engineering, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s from Texas A&M University and a doctorate from Texas Tech University.

JEAN MARQUARDT has been named director of the GROW Santa Fe Community College Foundation (N.M.). Previously, Marquardt served as executive director of the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts. She earned a bachelor’s from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master’s from the University of New Mexico.
