DR. DANIEL WUBAH is vice president and dean for undergraduate education at Virginia Polytechnic State University. Wubah previously served as associate provost for undergraduate academic affairs at the University of Florida. Wubah earned a bachelor’s from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, a master’s from the University of Akron and a doctorate from the University of Georgia.

DR. W. FRANKLIN EVANS has been named vice president for academic affairs at Virginia Union University (Va.). He formerly served as associate vice chancellor for academic affairs at Elizabeth City State University. Evans earned two bachelor’s and a master’s at the University of Georgia and a doctorate at Georgia State University.

DR. GLORIA GIBSON has been named executive vice president and provost at the University of Northern Iowa, effective July 1. She is currently dean of the College of Humanities & Social Sciences at Arkansas State University. Gibson earned a bachelor’s and master’s from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and a doctorate from Indiana University.

DR. TERESA MÁRQUEZ-LÓPEZ is associate dean for master’s and continuing education in the School of Educational Leadership & Change at Fielding Graduate University (Calif.). She earned a bachelor’s from California State University, Fullerton, a master’s from U.S. International University, and two master’s and a doctorate from Teachers College at Columbia University.

ADRIAN RODRIGUEZ has been named vice president for student development services at the Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus (Texas). He previously served as dean of student life at Butler Community College (Kan.). Rodriguez earned a bachelor’s from Texas A&M University and a master’s from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
