Researchers at the UNIVERSITY OF INDIANA BLOOMINGTON have received a $1 MILLION grant from the National Institutes of Health to study children’s object recognition.

The UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS BOSTON has received a $40,000 grant from the Verizon Foundation for its Urban Scholars program. The program, which challenges middle and high school students to achieve at the college level, will infuse in its curriculum content from education experts through Verizon’s Thinkfinity.org.
