Mikva: All UI trustees should resign

The chairman of a board investigating University of Illinois admissions said that all the trustees should offer their resignations and let the governor sort them out, but some members of the board balked at the idea of a mass resignation.

According to the News-Gazette, judge Abner Mikva, reached at his Chicago home Thursday evening, said it should be Gov. Pat Quinn’s decision whether any of the nine trustees remain.
