Funding, tuition income per student high at UH

As college students return to campuses this week, they’re concerned about paying for college.  At the University of Hawaii, state appropriations and tuition income per student grew 32.1 percent.  According to the Star Bulletin, the annual State Higher Education Finance report shows this is the highest percentage increase in the nation.
