CAMBRIDGE, Mass.
The Lemelson-MIT Program, a leading force for invention and innovation among American youth, has launched a redesigned Web site,
Currently, the Web site features: downloadable applications and nomination forms for the program’s awards; and the Inventor’s Handbook, which is a guide that addresses questions from independent inventors and entrepreneurs about issues such as intellectual property protection, raising capital, applying for patents and commercialization.
The program was established in 1994 by the late inventor Jerome Lemelson and his wife, Dorothy, to foster inventiveness and innovation among young people.
