| Warren A. Bell Jr. has been named associate vice president for university and media relations at Xavier University of Louisiana. Prior to his appointment at Xavier, he operated a consulting firm specializing in media relations and media training. Bell earned a bachelor's degree in American Studies from Yale University. |

| Dr. Ronald H. Brown has been appointed vice president of student affairs at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from North Carolina Central University, a master's degree in education and a doctorate in education, both from Boston University. |

| Russell M. Frazier has been appointed director of residence life at Delaware State University. Most recently, he served as the director of residence life at Kentucky State University. Frazier earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's in public administration from Kentucky State. |

| Dr. Shafiq A. Khan is the new director of the Center for Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University. Khan earned bachelor's degrees from Gordon College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, master's degrees from Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan, and a doctorate from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. |

| Dr. N. Radhakrishnan has been named vice chancellor for research and economic development at North Carolina A&T State University. He earned a bachelor's in engineering from Madras University in India, a master's in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a doctorate in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. |

| Dr. Christine Robinson is the new dean of business and information technology at Seminole Community College (Fla.). Robinson most recently served as associate dean of business and information systems at Waubonsee Community College. She earned a bachelor's from Purdue University, a master's in business administration from Indiana University and a doctorate from Vanderbilt University. |
