| Dr. Jerome H. Blue has been appointed interim vice president for research, governmental and corporate relations at New York City College of Technology at the City University of New York (CUNY). He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, a master's from Northeastern University in Boston, and a doctorate from Howard University in Washington, D.C. |
 | Dr. Nicole Bradford has been named director of the newly established Aggie Honor System Office at Texas A&M University. Previously, Bradford was a staff member at Prairie View A&M University. Bradford earned her bachelor's and master's degree from Grambling University and her doctorate from Texas Southern University.

 | Dr. O. Darryl Butler is the new vice president of student affairs at South Carolina State University. Butler comes to the university from New Jersey City University where he was director of auxiliary services. He earned a bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University, a master's degree and a doctorate in higher education research and policy, both from Seton Hall University. |
 | Dr. Cheryl Easley is the new dean and professor in the college of health and social welfare at the University of Alaska-Anchorage. Easley previously was a dean and professor at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. She earned a bachelor's degree from Columbia Union College in Maryland, and master's and doctoral degrees both from New York University. |
 | Dr. Kathryn Jeffery is the new president of the Charleston campus of the Community College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. Previously, she was vice president for student services at Columbia College in Sonora, Calif. She received both her bachelor's degree and master's degree from Oklahoma State University and her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin. |
 | Donald C. "Tripp" Keister is the new associate athletic director for development and coordinator of new facilities at Delaware State University. Keister is the former head baseball coach at Delaware State. Most recently, he served as a scout for the San Diego Padres. He earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from the University of Delaware. |
