Kenneth K. Saunders has been named vice president of student affairs at Nassau Community College in New York. For the past five years, he has served as assistant vice president for student affairs at the State University of New York-Old Westbury. Saunders earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in guidance and counseling from Howard University.
Andrew Sawyer is the new treasurer and chief financial officer for LeMoyne-Owen College in Tennessee. Formerly, he was a partner in the accounting firm of Banks, Finley and White, and has served as the college's chief auditor for the past three years. Sawyer earned from Howard University (DC) and masters of business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management andmasters degree in philosophy from Claremont Graduate University.
J.W. Wiley is the new assistant dean of academic affairs in the provost's office at Claremont Graduate University. In addition, Wiley will continue as director of the Diversity Office for CGU and as director of the McNair Scholars Program. Wiley earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from California State University Long Beach and a master's degree in philosophy from Claremont Graduate University.
