Dr. Gertrude Fraser has been named vice provost for faculty advancement at the University of Virginia. Previously, she was a program officer in education and scholarship with the Ford Foundation. Fraser earned her master's and doctoral degrees in anthropology from the Johns Hopkins University.
Jeanine Hawk has been named vice president of finance and college services at De Anza College in Cupertino, Calif. Most recently, Hawk was the finance director for the city of Medford, Ore. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California-Irvine and a master's degree in business administration from Southern Oregon University.
Dr. Roosevelt Littleton Jr. was recently installed as president of the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals. Littleton is currently special projects manager in the office of development at Jackson State University. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Jackson State University and a doctorate from Grambling State University.
Dr. Narayanaswamy Radhakrishnan, vice chancellor for research and economic development at North Carolina A&T State University, has been named a recipient of the Presidential Rank award. The award is the highest recognition afforded to career members in the federal service. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Madras, India, a master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras and a doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.
Levy Williams has been named dean of finance/CFO at Medgar Evers College of The City University of New York. Williams joined the college in 1998 as a comptroller. He earned an associate's degree from Essex County College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Peters College.
