Maya Matthews Minter, vice president at Diverse: Issues In Higher Education, will present the keynote speaker, American civil rights icon James Meredith, today at the Fulbright Association’s 36th Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. Minter is a former Fulbright recipient, having served as an educational adviser in Madrid.
