Dr. Havidán RodrÃguez has been named vice provost for academic affairs and international programs at the University of Delaware. He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Maryland, a master’s from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
J. Michael Segawa has been named vice president for student affairs and dean of students at the University of Puget Sound (Wash.). He had previously been associate dean for student development. Segawa holds a bachelor’s from the University of California, Irvine and a master’s from Colorado State University.
Dr. Artie Travis has been appointed vice president for the division of student affairs and campus life at Bowie State University (Md.). He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from Western Illinois University and a doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
