KATHRINE-SWANSONKATHRINE SWANSON has been named vice chancellor for student success and engagement at Metropolitan Community College, starting August 3. She was vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Swanson holds a bachelor’s from Northern Michigan University, a master’s from Montana State University and a doctorate from the University of North Texas.
