MIKE-GARRETTMIKE GARRETT has been named executive director for athletics at California State University, Los Angeles. Most recently, he served as athletic director at Langston University in Oklahoma. He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor from the Western State College of Law at Argosy University.
