SCHNAVIA SMITH HATCHER

SCHNAVIA-HATCHERSCHNAVIA SMITH HATCHER has been named director of the School of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, effective July 1. She was director of the Center for African American Studies at The University of Texas at Arlington. Hatcher earned a bachelor’s from Spelman College, a master’s from the University of Georgia and a doctorate from the University of Kansas.
