CARRIE BRIMHALL has been appointed president of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Fergus Falls, effective July 1. Brimhall earned an associate’s degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College and a master’s degree and a doctorate from Capella University.
