Dukes 6 14 18 KRISTIN NICOLE DUKES has been named the dean of institutional diversity at Allegheny College, beginning July 1. Dukes currently serves as an associate professor at Simmons College. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Rice University and a master’s degree and doctorate from Tufts University.
