College offers quick help for laid-off workers

Washington State Community College is offering a short-term certification program beginning in August to help get laid-off workers back on the job as soon as possible. 

According to the Marietta Times, for the first time, there will be a short August term before the actual fall term begins at Washington State and another short term following it, just for those looking for fast certification in four fields.
