Several former janitors who worked at Nova Southeastern University testified before a federal labor judge Tuesday, saying that they were fired because they worked to have a union at the school three years ago. According to the Miami Herald, this National Labor Relations Board case involves six workers, the Service Employees International Union and the NSU contractor, Miami-based TCB Systems. A previous case involving the university found that the school itself violated labor laws during the 2006 campaign.
