MOIRA BAYLSON has been appointed director of strategic communications and community engagement at Penn State Abington. She most recently was vice president of regional public affairs at Citizens Bank. Baylson earned a bachelor’s in communication from Cornell University and a master’s in art administration from Drexel University.
