Justin Grimes JUSTIN GRIMES has been named assistant director at Virginia Tech’s Graduate School Office of Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to his new position, he was a graduate assistant at The University of Georgia. Grimes earned a bachelor’s, computer information systems and masters of education degrees from the University of Arkansas and a Ph.D. from The University of Georgia.
