SHERINE O. OSherine ObareBARE has been named dean of the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering at the University of Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University. Currently, she is associate vice president for research and professor of chemistry at Western Michigan University. Obare received a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University and a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina.
