Marlene TrompMARLENE TROMP has been named president of Boise State University, effective July 1. She currently serves as provost and executive vice chancellor at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Tromp has a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University, a master’s degree from the University of Wyoming and a Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
