Jeffrey Burgin JrJEFFERY T. BURGIN JR. has been named vice president of student affairs at Talladega College. Burgin formerly served as vice provost for student engagement at Kentucky State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in African-American studies from the University of Cincinnati, a master’s degree in education from Ohio University and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Alabama.
