JEFFERY T. BURGIN JR. has been named vice president of student affairs at Talladega College. Burgin formerly served as vice provost for student engagement at Kentucky State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in African-American studies from the University of Cincinnati, a master’s degree in education from Ohio University and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Alabama.
