CHAUDRON GILLE has been named provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at the University of North Georgia. She had been serving in the role on an interim basis. Gille holds a bachelor’s degree in French and economics from the University of North Carolina, a master’s in applied linguistics from Georgia State University, and a doctorate in in French literature from Emory University.
