ATHOS BREWER has been named vice president for administrative services at Union County College in Cranford, N.J. He previously served as vice chancellor for student services at Houston Community College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Capital University, a master’s degree in social agency counseling from the University of Dayton, and a doctorate in education technology from American University.
