CHARLISE ANDERSON has been appointed director of assessment and accreditation at Tennessee State University. She was director of institutional research, effectiveness and assessment at Jarvis Christian College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Lane College, a master’s degree in instructional technology and education from St. Joseph’s University and a doctorate in higher and adult education from the University of Memphis.
