Takita Felder TAKITA FELDER SUMTER has been named dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. She formerly served in the position on an interim basis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of South Carolina.
