FRED AIKENS has been appointed interim dean of the College of Business at Central State University. Prior to that, he was associate professor of management and a department chair in the business college. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Central State, a master’s in management from Antioch University Midwest and a doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
