DEBORAH WILLIS

Deborah WillisDEBORAH WILLIS has been named the Stuart B. Cooper Endowed Chair in Photography for the 2019-20 academic year at the Maryland Institute College of Art. She currently serves as university professor and chair of the Department of Photography & Imaging at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Willis earned a bachelor’s degree from the Philadelphia College of Art, a master’s degree from the City University of New York, an MFA from the Pratt Institute and a doctorate from George Mason University.
