THEROL DIX has been named vice president of Montgomery County (Md.) Community College’s West Campus. She previously served as dean of arts & humanities at MCCC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, a master’s degree in communication from the University of Pennsylvania, and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
