Susan AndersonSUSAN ANDERSON has been named the first dean of rural medicine at the University of South Dakota (USD) Sanford School of Medicine. She will continue to serve as the director of USD’s Frontier and Rural Medicine Program and as chair of the Department of Family Medicine. Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University and her medical degree from USD.
