Amber SmithAMBER R. SMITH has been named vice president for inclusion and equity at the University of Indianapolis. She currently serves as assistant vice chancellor for student affairs, inclusion and outreach at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). She earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a master’s degree in student affairs from UALR as well as a doctoral degree in psychology from Capella University.
