ELLEN MCINTYRE has been appointed the dean of the College of Education Health and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She currently serves as dean of the Cato College of Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. McIntyre holds a bachelor’s in elementary education and a master’s in reading education from Northern Kentucky University. She received her Ph.D. in language and literacy from the University of Cincinnati.
