Wayne Lewis JrWAYNE D. LEWIS JR. has been named inaugural dean of Belmont University’s School of Education. Most recently serving as commissioner of education for the Kentucky Department of Education, Lewis holds a master’s in urban studies and public administration from the University of Akron in Ohio and a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy analysis from North Carolina State University.
